Job summary

Blueprint Hires is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex industrial, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse facility projects from concept through construction in Portland, OR. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality, and cultivate lasting client relationships.

The role demands 10–20+ years of architectural experience with proven project management responsibility, proficiency in Revit/BIM, and strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; architectural license preferred.
• 10-20+ years of architectural experience with project management responsibility across design development, construction documents, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam; experience managing Revit and BIM workflows, plus strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through construction while managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.
• Prepare RFP responses, scope and fee estimates, proposals, and contracts while supporting project pursuits and client presentations.
• Facilitate project meetings, identify risks early, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Mentor team members, oversee design coordination, and support BIM/Revit workflows throughout project execution.

In this role, you'll lead projects from concept through construction, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build lasting client relationships from their Portland, OR office.

Your Day Includes
