Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience within the building systems, energy, or construction industries.
• Hands-on exposure to HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS), lighting upgrades, controls integration, and facility modernization projects.
• Experience supporting energy efficiency initiatives, performance contracting programs, or capital improvement projects is highly preferred.
• Proven success managing construction, renovation, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Prior experience working with K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, or public-sector clients is highly desirable.
• Background in engineering, architecture, design-build, mechanical contracting, MEP consulting, energy services, or general contracting is highly relevant.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently and building relationships in a developing market.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle while partnering with customers, engineering teams, and business development stakeholders.
• Direct projects from opportunity development and design through construction, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Support project development efforts alongside business development teams, helping shape technical solutions and project strategies.
• Present project concepts, technical solutions, and financial benefits to customers during the sales and development process.
