Job summary

Carrier is looking for a high-level professional with solid BAS knowledge to manage projects in the HVAC and Construction industry. The role requires ownership of assigned projects, leading teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Project Management experience and a High School diploma or GED. A BA/BS degree and PMP Certification are preferred. Candidate must be a problem solver with strong planning skills, and should possess a valid Driver’s License.

• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.

About this role

High-Level professional with solid BAS knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Field Service, who provides full ownership of all assigned projects. Schedules, coordinates the execution of project work profitably and timely. Drives project success via compliance with industry standards, per specifications. Uses effective communications with internal and external resources. Demonstrated commitment to the HVAC, BAS and Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects following project processes and where applicable provide direction to assisting Project Engineers.
• Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the overall successful financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and complete project portfolio cost re-estimation month to month.
• Manage the delivery of the contracted scope, within budget and secure change orders for all scope expansion.
• Order and coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy issues.
• Manage relationships with and issues subcontracts to sub-contractors, identifying execution issues, and taking appropriate corrective action to remedy them.

Required Qualifications
