We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support cross‑functional initiatives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a generalist PM with broad experience across industries and strong command of Microsoft 365 tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation through execution and closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management across diverse industries or functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
