Job summary

Stellar Labs seeks a seasoned project manager to lead multi-site engagements. You will craft detailed project plans, coordinate internal resources, and manage client communications to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create a project plan with milestones, deadlines and responsible parties for both team and client.
• Manage internal team resources to perform project tasks (planning, evaluation, allocation, prioritization).
• Monitor timing and quality of tasks; inform customers about project status.
• Prioritize task queue with customers for business tasks, integration, design, etc.
• Optimize processes and ensure compliance; use Asana and client task managers.
• Analyze and optimize hours spent on tasks.
• Lead retrospectives and implement best practices.
• Create and manage project plans and scope throughout lifecycles.
• Provide guidance to the project team.
• Ability to manage teams of 5-10 consultants.
• Aggregate team objectives for visibility in project tools.
• Ensure effective information flow between team and client.
• Own cross-functional projects and processes.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Motivate and support the team to meet goals.

An ideal candidate would have a 5-8 years of project management and related experience

What You Will Do

• Create a project plan with the main milestones, deadlines and those responsible on the part of our team, and performers on the client side;
• Manage internal team resources to perform project tasks (planning, evaluation, allocation, prioritization);
• Monitor the timing and quality of tasks, timely inform external and internal customers about the status of the project;
• Prioritize the queue of tasks together with customers: business tasks, tasks for the integration of solutions, design, etc;
• Optimize processes and monitor compliance with them in the task manager: we use Asana, and also sometimes work in the client's task managers;
• Analyze and optimize the number of hours spent on completing tasks;
• Lead retrospective meetings and implement best practices for our team;
• Create and manage project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projects;
• Manage and provide guidance to the project team;
• Ability to manage teams of 5-10 consultants;
• Aggregate team objectives to ensure visibility and transparency in our project management tools;
• Ensuring an effective flow of information between team members and the client;
• Ownership for selected cross functional projects and processes;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
