Job summary

ProGuard Roofing in Phoenix seeks an entry-level Roofing Project Manager to join its hands-on team delivering quality roofing projects across Arizona. The role is full-time, on-site, W-2, with 2–3 years roofing experience and a path to project leadership.

You will manage daily site operations, coordinate material deliveries, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong customer satisfaction while traveling between job sites in the Phoenix metro area.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of roofing experience (tile, shingles, etc.).
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work outdoors on active job sites.
• Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on roofing projects.
• Deliver and pick up materials (manual labor involved).
• Ensure on-site safety, quality control, and communication.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.

ProGuard Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on, entry-level Project Manager to help us deliver high-quality roofing projects across Arizona. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of roofing experience who is ready to take the next step into project management.

Now Hiring: Entry-Level Roofing Project Manager (W-2)

Phoenix Metro / Greater Arizona

Full-Time | On-Site | W-2 Position

What We Offer:

• Paid Training : 1 months of full-time paid onboarding and job-shadowing to ensure success
• Base Salary : $50,000–$60,000/year to start (W-2)
• Raise Opportunity : Eligible for $60,000–$70,000 after 12 months based on performance
• Gas Coverage : Company gas card provided for work-related travel using company vehicle
• Time Off : Standard W-2 vacation and sick leave (PTO accrual)
• Health Insurance : Not provided at this time
