Job summary

Arizona Roofers is a rapidly growing roofing company seeking a high-level Project Manager to own roofing projects from start to finish, driving quality and protecting the homeowner experience.

You will lead subcontractors, coordinate crews and materials on-site, manage changes, perform quality inspections, and collaborate with the Production Manager to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading subcontractors and keeping projects on schedule.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with homeowners, crews, and office staff.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and basic software for documenting jobs and updates.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to the office.
• Experience with CRMs or PM software (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan) is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and the office to keep projects running smoothly.
• Coordinate crews, materials, deliveries, and scheduling to prevent delays and resolve job site issues quickly.
• Manage change orders by communicating project modifications, coordinating materials, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections, complete homeowner walkthroughs, and resolve outstanding items before project closeout.
• Complete project closeout by collecting required documentation, final payments (when applicable), completion certificates, and customer reviews.
• Maintain accurate job records, photos, and compliance documentation while identifying code or insurance-related requirements.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and Operations team to improve processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
