Job summary

Arena Direct Hire is recruiting for a 3D BIM / Revit Designer to support a large semiconductor construction project in North Phoenix. The role focuses on detailed modeling, drawing production, and coordinating designs with engineering and construction teams on site.

The candidate should have hands-on Revit experience for 3D models and drawings and be comfortable working in an active construction environment.

Arena Direct Hire is recruiting a 3D BIM / Revit Designer for a contractor supporting a large semiconductor construction project in North Phoenix. This role is suited to someone who enjoys detailed modeling, drawing production, and coordinating designs with engineering and construction teams.

What you’ll do

• Develop and update 3D models and construction drawings in Revit.
• Coordinate model content with other disciplines and incorporate design changes and field markups.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and potential conflicts.
• Work with engineers, project managers, and site teams to keep design deliverables moving.

What we’re looking for

Candidates who are currently legally authorized to work in the United States and may require future employer sponsorship will be considered. Sponsorship or visa transfers are reviewed on a case-by‑case basis.

The position includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), and approximately 15 days of vacation. Limited temporary relocation support may be available for an out-of‑area hire.
