HotFoot Recruiters is partnering with a growing semiconductor engineering and construction company to hire a Bilingual AutoCAD Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads CAD Operators and bridges Mandarin- and English-speaking stakeholders, coordinating between design, construction, and client teams.

The position requires strong project-management experience, hands-on Revit/BIM familiarity, and the ability to review drawings and guide the team toward efficient, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English required.
• Strong project-management experience required.
• Hands-on experience with Revit and BIM workflows preferred.
• Experience leading BIM Designers, CAD Designers, or technical teams strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, review, interpret, and coordinate engineering and construction drawings.
• AutoCAD and 2D engineering design experience required.
• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, cleanroom, or large-scale construction experience preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily workload, priorities, and deliverables of the CAD design team.
• Assign projects and design tasks based on schedules and client priorities.
• Review 2D AutoCAD models and engineering drawings for quality, coordination, and completeness.
• Provide technical guidance and help resolve drafting, layout, and design coordination issues.
• Monitor team productivity, schedules, milestones, and outstanding deliverables.
• Coordinate design requirements with engineers, construction teams, field supervisors, and client representatives.
• Serve as a primary communication bridge between Mandarin- and English-speaking stakeholders.
• Communicate directly with the client regarding schedules, design issues, project priorities, and deliverables.
• Review design changes, field conditions, redlines, revisions, and as-built requirements.
• Manage documentation, model/drawing revisions, version control, and project tracking.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide regular status updates to project leadership.
• Help improve CAD workflows, quality standards, communication, and overall team efficiency.

This role will lead a team of CAD Operators and serve as a key communication bridge between the design team, construction teams, engineering leadership, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have strong project-management experience and enough technical knowledge to review the team's work, understand design issues, and help drive solutions.

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay: $45–$50/hour DOE
