Job summary

HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a Process Design Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to support a leading MEP engineering firm on complex technology projects, including semiconductor facilities. The role involves coordinating design docs, tracking progress, and collaborating across disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office as well as Bluebeam, Revit, or AutoCAD. Monday–Friday, 8A-5P with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination, design coordination, document control, engineering support, or related experience preferred.
• Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, MEP, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable reviewing technical drawings and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design/construction software is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design documentation, drawings, specifications, and project information throughout the design process.
• Support engineering and design teams with project tracking, documentation, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized project files, drawing logs, revisions, and technical documentation.
• Assist with coordination between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, BIM, and other project disciplines.
• Track design changes, action items, deadlines, and outstanding project information.
• Review project documentation for completeness and consistency.
• Assist with meeting coordination, notes, follow-ups, and project communication.
• Support fast-paced advanced technology and semiconductor projects.
• Communicate effectively with internal design teams, project leadership, clients, and external stakeholders.

Position: Process Design Coordinator Location: Phoenix, AZ Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Pay: $28–$35/hr DOE with overtime pay Schedule: Monday–Friday 8A-5P
