Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Policy Coordinator to develop, maintain, and implement organizational policies aligned with regulatory standards and internal goals.

The role supports cross-functional teams, ensures version-controlled policy repositories, and monitors updates to regulations such as CARF, HRSA, OSHA, and CMS. A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience is preferred, along with strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in policy development, compliance, or documentation management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (CARF, HRSA, OSHA, CMS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, revise, and format policies in collaboration with department leads.
  • Maintain a centralized policy repository with version control.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
  • Coordinate policy review cycles and gather stakeholder feedback.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews with documentation and interpretation.
  • Prepare policy communications, memos, and leadership reports.
  • Track policy implementation progress and compliance metrics.
  • Develop training materials and staff education on policies.
  • Serve as liaison to departments to ensure consistent policy application.
