Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems across data center, commercial, industrial and other projects in Phoenix, AZ.

You will oversee all phases of BAS/BMS project execution—from engineering and programming to installation and closeout—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, and maintaining

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Interest in managing HVAC, BAS, BMS or control system installations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
