Job summary

Shambaugh & Son, L.P. seeks a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems across data center, commercial, industrial projects.

You will oversee all phases from engineering and programming to installation and closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and on budget, with strong client and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC, BAS, BMS or control system installations.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.
