• Support administrative and project coordination activities as needed.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to review meeting notes, summarize discussions, and identify action items and next steps

This role will focus heavily on day-to-day project coordination, keeping multiple priorities moving, managing deadlines, and ensuring the right people are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within an IT/technology environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager:

Compensation & Work Environment:

• Hybrid environment
• Approximately 1–2 days per week onsite in Center City Philadelphia
• Candidates should ideally be within approximately one hour of Center City
• Fast-paced environment with a strong focus on day-to-day execution and project coordination
