• Identify the appropriate stakeholders and ensure the right people are involved at the right time.
• Track action items, follow-ups, deadlines, and next steps through completion.
• Review proposals, documents, and project information and identify key takeaways.
• Communicate effectively across different levels and backgrounds.
• Learn and navigate company processes to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Provide project updates and follow-up communications to ensure alignment.
• Support administrative and project coordination activities as needed.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to review meeting notes, summarize discussions, and identify action items and next steps
