The Engagement Manager will play a critical role in leading client relationships and managing project teams, ensuring successful delivery from project inception through completion within complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client and project team interactions, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels both internally and externally
• Define and assign project roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability and efficiency
• Build and manage fully integrated project teams aligned with project goals
• Understand client expectations, business objectives, and project requirements
• Oversee project performance, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals
• Drive project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
