Description

PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated Project Manager with expertise in HealthRules and HealthRules Payor (HRP) to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects in the healthcare payor domain, managing implementations, system configurations, and cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills to successfully oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle of HealthRules and HRP implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot issues as they arise to keep the project on track.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and resolution of any roadblocks.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant standards.
  • Oversee system integration efforts, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance of HealthRules applications.
  • Create project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and progress presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate user training, ensuring smooth handoff and knowledge transfer post-implementation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years specifically in healthcare payor systems.
  • Extensive experience with HealthRules and HRP (HealthRules Payor) implementation and management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, payer operations, and claims management workflows.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.

Education

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
