Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager to join our team supporting business process direction. This role will serve as a project coordinator, working closely with technical leads to manage and drive project execution. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Azure DevOps, with a strong ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain Microsoft Project Plans and/or DevOps boards.
• Facilitate control meetings, gather updates from team members, and update project plans accordingly.
• Analyze project data including week-over-week variances and critical path impacts.
• Support scrum practices, prioritize work, and understand customer backlogs.
• Break down complex information into actionable tasks.
• Drive action items and provide decision support to project owners.
• Foster strong internal client relationships and manage tight deadlines effectively.

Typical Day in the Role

• Conduct control meetings and gather task updates.
• Update and analyze project plans.
• Collaborate with team members to implement scrum practices.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Work in an office environment, 5 days a week.
• High interaction with internal clients and cross-functional teams.
• Requires strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities and deadlines.

Education & Experience Required

• 5–7 years of project-related experience.
• Experience with both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Azure DevOps (must be able to demonstrate).
• PMI and/or Agile certifications are a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict resolution and relationship-building capabilities.
