The Project Manager provides project coordination and administrative support to the Chief of Staff and Chancellor’s Office, helping advance high-priority institutional initiatives and executive priorities. This position coordinates projects from planning through completion, develops timelines and tracks deliverables, monitors decisions and follow-up actions, and helps ensure effective communication and accountability across university leaders, governance groups, community partners, and other stakeholders. This position also provides high-level administrative and event support, including preparing agendas, presentations, correspondence, reports, and meeting materials; coordinating schedules and meetings; and maintaining organized project and institutional records.
The Project Manager coordinates CALCI Advisory Board meetings, communications, materials, events, and logistics and supports Executive Council, University Cabinet, strategic‑plan initiatives, executive searches, major university events, and special assignments.
The position regularly works with sensitive and confidential information and exercises discretion in handling institutional matters.
Hybrid remote work may be available after the successful completion of the initial training period. Please note that the remote work policy is subject to change at the discretion of the school or university.
