Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to join in Orlando, FL. Drive a large Salesforce Service Cloud/case management initiative affecting thousands of call center agents, from discovery through implementation.

You will work with Salesforce Professional Services, product, business, architecture, and engineering teams to bring structure to a complex program and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience on large technology initiatives.
• Hands-on Salesforce implementations, ideally Service Cloud or case management.
• Strong skills in project plans, schedules, risks and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, architecture, engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the Salesforce Service Cloud/case management initiative from discovery through implementation.
• Partner with Product Owner and Salesforce Professional Services to set priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Coordinate across technical and business teams to drive decisions and delivery.
• Provide clear status updates and executive reporting.
• Support forecasting, financial tracking, and other PM activities.

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Orlando, FL. This individual will support a large-scale Salesforce case management and Service Cloud initiative impacting more than 5,000 call center agents. The Project Manager will play a key role from the early stages of discovery and planning through execution and implementation. This person will work closely with Salesforce Professional Services, product, business, architecture, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to bring structure to a complex, evolving initiative and drive successful delivery.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• Strong experience with project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder management
• Experience working across product, business, architecture, engineering, and vendor teams
• Proficiency with Jira and Smartsheet
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a decentralized environment
• Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience preferred
