Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Location: Atlanta, GA (Travel required across regional projects)

Role Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll be responsible for schedules, budgets, team coordination, and quality control ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of ground-up multifamily projects from planning to final turnover
Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and subcontractors
Collaborate with development, design, and field teams to align on goals and execution
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design specs
Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep the project on track
Ensure compliance with all permitting, regulatory, and building code requirements
Drive project closeout including inspections, punch lists, and transition to property management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
5+ years of project management experience, specifically with ground-up multifamily developments
Proven success managing multifamily projects valued between $15M–$50M
Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with tools like Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities across various sites
Willingness to travel across the Southeast region as needed
