Job summary

Binswanger Glass is seeking a driven project manager to lead glazing projects from inception to completion across commercial properties. You will coordinate estimating, detailing, procurement, scheduling, installation and administration while maintaining strong relationships with general contractors and end users.

The role requires deep glazing industry knowledge, excellent client service skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years glazing industry experience managing, planning, and coordinating project resources to achieve objectives within time and budget.
• Knowledge of glass industry dynamics and glazing products (fixed glazing, aluminum and glass storefronts, doors, interior glass).
• Excellent client relationship skills; strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from estimating/bidding through detailing, procurement, delivery, scheduling, installation and construction administration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients including general contractors and end-users.
• Prepare submittals for approval and review project plans to allocate resources and set timeframes.
• Travel is required.
