Binswanger Glass in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Glazier Foreman to oversee glazing projects on site. You will supervise crews, ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, and maintain clear communication with the PM and others.

You should have city service and contract glazing installation experience, strong leadership, and a solid safety mindset. We offer comprehensive benefits and a long history of industry leadership.

• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all glazing activities on the job site.
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members for efficient execution.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Submit a detailed daily report to the PM at the end of each work day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
