About the Job:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee high‑end luxury custom residential construction projects throughout Lower Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY. This role is ideal for an experienced residential construction professional with a strong background in ground‑up custom homes, major renovations, additions, and alterations.

This opportunity is with an established luxury custom homebuilder and remodeler with a strong presence throughout the Fairfield County and Westchester County markets. The company is known for delivering high‑quality custom residential projects with a strong focus on craftsmanship, client service, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage luxury custom residential projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee ground‑up custom homes, major renovations, additions, and alterations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, purchasing, and project documentation.
• Work closely with Project Superintendents and field teams to keep projects on schedule and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the construction process.
• Review construction plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor activities and ensure scopes are completed accurately.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, scheduling issues, and construction‑related concerns.
• Maintain clear communication and organization throughout all phases of construction.
• Support the company’s continued growth and delivery of high‑end residential projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in luxury custom residential construction.
• Experience managing ground‑up custom home projects.
• Experience with high‑end residential renovations, additions, and alterations is highly preferred.
• Proven Project Management experience overseeing complex residential construction projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, sequencing, and quality standards.
• Experience working closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, designers, vendors, and homeowners.
• Excellent organization, communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills.
• A positive, professional, collaborative, and team‑oriented personality.
• Familiarity with Fairfield County, CT and/or Westchester County, NY is a plus.
• Ability to work primarily on‑site in the company’s Lower Fairfield County office, with involvement across active project sites as needed.
