Job summary

TuBro's Restoration is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead projects from initial emergency response to completion. You will be the primary contact for customers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring schedules, budgets, and TuBro's quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, creating scopes, coordinating crews, and maintaining safety compliance. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or construction project management required.
• Experience with Xactimate required.
• Knowledge of IICRC restoration standards.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction services.
• Conduct property inspections and prepare project scopes.
• Develop project timelines and coordinate crews and subcontractors.

This individual serves as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet TuBro's Restoration quality standards.
