Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in North Carolina, from preconstruction through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and teams on ground-up and renovation healthcare facilities.

You will coordinate with Owners, Architects, Designers and subcontractors, run meetings, manage MEP coordination, and ensure quality and safety across all phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing healthcare construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of ground-up healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, contracts, schedules and change orders.
• Lead project teams across one large project or multiple smaller projects.
• Coordinate Owners, Architects, Designers, Subcontractors and internal teams.
• Run project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Manage project documentation and accounting processes.
• Review and coordinate MEP systems throughout the project.
• Oversee construction in occupied buildings where required.
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all project phases.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and training to Project Engineers and others.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget requirements.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Project Manager – Commercial Construction A leading commercial construction contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its team in NC. This is an opportunity to join an established contractor working on high-quality commercial construction projects across the Carolinas.

About the Role

• Experience with preconstruction, change orders and project financials.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and commercial interiors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and effectively communicate with Owners and Design teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with construction accounting and project management software.
