Job Description

The Project Manager at EXL will develop predictive models using statistical algorithms and machine learning techniques, analyze data quality, create project plans, and manage project milestones and deliverables. Responsibilities include setting up data-labs, working on real-time data capture, building data frameworks, automating ETL processes, processing and cleaning data, validating model performance, and providing strategic insights and presentations to stakeholders. The role involves data visualization, dashboard creation, and ensuring code deployment via CI/CD practices. The position requires working at various sites across the United States, with telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the country.

Job Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Computer Science, or related fields, plus one year of experience in data extraction and visualization. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience is acceptable. Must have experience with Python, R, Agile, complex data structures, BI tools (Excel, Tableau), SAS, SQL, and statistical model validation. The role involves delivering analytics presentations to clients and senior management.

Work hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours/week. Salary range is $142,000 to $145,000 annually.
