Company Description

A construction restoration company specializing in waterproofing, roof repair & replacement, facade repair & replacement, sidewalk repair & replacement, parking garage repair, and scaffolding leasing, installation & removal. We serve residential, multifamily, commercial, retail, and industrial buildings across New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland County, New Jersey, and Connecticut, with 95% of our work in Manhattan, NYC.

Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Project Manager position responsible for overseeing multiple projects from start to finish. Key duties include developing project plans, setting timelines, coordinating resources, managing budgets, assessing risks, and communicating with stakeholders. The role is based onsite in Midtown, New York.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in NYC.
• Deep knowledge of NYC construction processes, regulations, and codes.
• Valid Supervisor's SST card.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Teams, and Estimating software.
• Familiarity with AIA billing procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
