Job summary

GQR is seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Product Manager to drive technology initiatives across Compliance. The role is a long-term contract onsite in NYC, bridging business, technology, and senior stakeholders to deliver complex banking/financial services initiatives.

You will own roadmaps, backlogs, and requirements while coordinating with Compliance, Engineering, Technology, and Operations. Expect responsibility for plans, UAT, releases, and stakeholder communications, including KYC/AML

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management / Product Management experience.
• Financial services or banking experience.
• Compliance technology experience.
• Strong requirements, documentation, and project execution skills.
• Comfortable stepping into complex or in-flight initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Compliance technology initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Own product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and priorities.
• Partner with Compliance, Engineering, Technology, and Operations.
