Job summary

Phaxis - Financial Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead facade restoration, waterproofing, roofing and masonry projects in a NYC context. You will coordinate scaffolding, rigging, and site execution across Manhattan sites, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidate brings 6+ years of PM experience, strong knowledge of AIA documents, change orders, and effective coordination with architects, engineers, and supers to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience with scaffolding and rigging on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of plans, scope, and execution.
• Knowledge of when change orders apply and AIA contract docs.
• Experience walking sites and managing walkthroughs.
• Proven ability to monitor project progress and planning.
• Experience sourcing materials and monitoring allowances.
• Minimum 6 years of project management in facade/restoration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scaffolding and rigging on projects.
• Coordinate projects with engineers, architects, and managers.
• Interpret plans, scope, and execution requirements.
• Apply change orders appropriately.
• Follow AIA documents in project administration.
• Prepare estimating notes for bids and proposals.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and inspections.
• Monitor project progress and milestones.
• Prepare and manage project planning.
• Source materials and manage allowances.
• Track quantity allowances and variances.
