Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Project/Program Manager – Physical Security Systems to support security infrastructure projects for a global leader in the e-commerce and technology industry. This role is ideal for professionals with strong project management, vendor coordination, and physical security systems experience, particularly in CCTV, access control, and security infrastructure environments.

Job Title: Project/Program Manager V – Physical Security Systems

Location: New Carlisle, IN

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate physical security projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Oversee project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support security infrastructure initiatives.
• Support projects involving physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and related security technologies.
• Assign responsibilities, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Track project risks, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project status reports, progress updates, and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across project teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage multiple project priorities while maintaining quality, accountability, and delivery timelines.
• Drive project execution with a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer requirements, and successful outcomes.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, preferably supporting physical security or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in Vendor Management, including coordinating external vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Hands-on knowledge or experience with Physical Security Systems, particularly CCTV, access control, and related security technologies.
• Experience managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong project planning, tracking, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive successful execution within established timelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience working in a Data Center environment.
• Experience supporting Physical Security Systems installation projects, including CCTV and access control.
• Familiarity with security infrastructure deployment, vendor coordination, and installation timelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification is preferred.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $80/hr. - $90/hr. on W2.
