Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead a Hayes-based residential development. You will oversee site operations, liaise with engineers and architects to resolve design issues and keep the project on track over a 5-year, 450-unit program.

You will manage Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, work with an on-site QS to ensure delivery within budget, and benefit from the bonus scheme and company perks such as vehicle, healthcare and laptop.

Qualifications

• Experience running residential developments as number 1 reporting into the Contracts Manager.
• On-site coordination with QS to ensure delivery within budget.

Project Manager

Salary: £60-63K + Package

Location: Hayes

Region: London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a new project starting in Hayes in West London for a large residential developer who work all across the UK.

You will be required to deal with all paperwork on the operational side of a construction site liaising with engineers and architects to sort out any design issues whilst making sure the project is running smoothly. You will have a Site Managerand Assistant Site Manager reporting into youand willbe working with a QS on site toensure the project is delivered within budget.

The project is a 450 unit development of houses and flats and is programmed into to last 5 years in total. You must have experience of running residential developments as a number 1 reporting into the Contracts Managerand you will need to be commercially minded.

There is also a bonus scheme in place as well as the usually benefitssuch as vehicle, healthcare and laptop.
