Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will oversee residential roofing projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, crews, materials, and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job timelines, communicating with homeowners, builders, and insurance partners, and ensuring all work complies with local codes and company standards. The role includes reviewing project scopes, tracking change orders, resolving issues on-site, and verifying that installations meet design specifications and quality expectations. The Project Manager will also collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and sales teams to maintain accurate documentation, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project coordination and oversight, including Project Management skills to plan, execute, and close multiple roofing projects effectively.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of materials, permits, and approvals needed to keep projects on schedule.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes, including coordinating and passing municipal and quality inspections, and ensuring adherence to building codes and safety standards.
• Logistics Management skills to organize crews, equipment, and job sequencing across multiple sites in a fast-paced field environment.
• Prior experience in construction or roofing project management strongly preferred, with understanding of residential building practices and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to homeowners, internal teams, and partners.
• Proven ability to read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and insurance documents, and to manage budgets and change orders.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in an on-site, field-based setting.
• Proficiency with basic project management and documentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling software, mobile apps for field reporting).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites within the Nashville Metropolitan Area.
