Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Project Manager for its Southwest Florida operation, based in Naples, to lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors and field teams while managing budgets, schedules and project documentation.

This hands-on role requires on-site presence and strong client relationships to ensure safety, quality and profitability. Local candidates are preferred, with relocation considered for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects as a Project Manager or experienced Assistant Project Manager.
• Strong financial, scheduling and subcontractor-management skills.
• Hands-on operator who is comfortable spending time onsite.
• Local candidates preferred; relocation considered.
