Job summary

YAM RPO seeks a Project Manager with hands-on vessel fabrication and metal fabrication experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. The role requires coordinating across engineering, purchasing, fabrication, quality, and shipping, and overseeing projects from order entry through delivery.

You will utilize Syspro ERP to track schedules, milestones, costs, and customer communications, ensuring on-time, on-spec execution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in vessel fabrication and metal fabrication.
• Working knowledge of pressure vessel manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Understanding of ASME Code requirements for pressure vessels and related fabrication standards.
• Minimum 3 years of project coordination/project management, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Experience managing projects from order entry through production, shipment, and customer delivery.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, purchasing, fabrication, quality, and shipping.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and outside vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with project schedules, milestones, change orders, project costs, and customer communication.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Syspro.
• Strong B2B customer service, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
