Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent initiatives, from planning through execution and close-out.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, R&D, etc.) to ensure alignment of priorities and deliverables.
• Identify risks and roadblocks early, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to support project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and process standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes and workflows.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on-site in Eden Prairie, MN. This role will

be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cross-functional projects on time and within scope,

working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep initiatives moving forward efficiently.

• Familiarity with Syndigo and 1WorldSync (1WS) platforms
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training
