As part of the Professional Services team, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing new client onboarding, current client expansions, and special projects as they arise, with a focus on complex and enterprise level projects. Each project opportunity includes defining the project objectives and success criteria, assessing and documenting scope, executing project deliverables, communicating with our customers’ project teams, coordinating the efforts of cross‑functional team members internally, and generally overseeing quality control throughout the lifecycle of the project.
The success of this role means faster, better onboardings that improve the time to value for our customers. It ensures our customers are deploying our software in a way that meets their business needs and solves their most critical challenges.
The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for assisting the PM team manager with training, development, and mentoring of team members, assisting with creating and updating standards and processes and collaborating with the PM team manager to track and improve team performance toward meeting department and team KPIs.
