Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Miami, FL to lead Agile ceremonies and drive full SDLC projects for .NET Core and MVC applications.

You will coordinate Azure DevOps activities, manage backlog, user stories, and reporting, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning stakeholders across enterprise integrations. The role requires 5+ years IT PM experience, 3+ years as a Scrum Master, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps for Agile PM.
• Experience managing .NET Core and MVC app development projects.
• Experience leading integrations with SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, or Oracle environments.
• Solid SDLC knowledge and software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage testing activities and deployment processes, ensuring successful releases.
• Remove project blockers and drive on-time sprint delivery.
• Facilitate BRD intake, requirements reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure user stories and tasks meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards.
• Track project progress across Azure DevOps, Asana, and SharePoint.
• Coordinate CAB submissions, approvals, and release schedules.
• Create and distribute release communications and release notes.
• Monitor project scope and changing requirements; maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Provide reporting on sprint velocity, project status, risks, and delivery health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps for Agile project management
• Experience managing .NET Core and MVC application development projects
• Experience leading integrations with SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, or Oracle environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and software delivery practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or PMP certification
• Experience with deployment automation and CI/CD initiatives
• Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering and gap analysis
• Experience with SharePoint and Asana

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
