Job summary

A leading high-rise General Contractor in Florida is seeking Project Engineers to support their expanding project teams. This role provides excellent opportunities for gaining hands-on experience with complex high-rise construction projects, working directly with seasoned Project Managers. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in construction, preferably with a General Contractor, and be equipped with strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time, fully on-site position in South Florida.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project operations.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and communication.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Maintain project logs, reports, and schedules.
• Assist with procurement and material tracking.
• Participate in site meetings and project planning sessions.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications.

G&E Partners is partnered with a leading high-rise General Contractor in Florida that is actively expanding their project teams due to a strong and long-term project backlog. They are delivering some of the most high-profile residential and mixed-use towers in South Florida and are looking to bring on Project Engineers at multiple levels.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to complex, large-scale high-rise construction projects while working directly with experienced Project Managers and Superintendents.
