Join Our Team as a Project Manager at Horizon Farm Credit

Horizon Farm Credit is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving project success, fostering collaboration, and delivering impactful results in an innovative work environment. Qualified candidates may work at any Horizon Farm Credit branch, with a hybrid work schedule available after 6 months of employment.

Overview: The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with experience in the financial industry preferred. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and leading project teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project sponsors to scope projects and develop management plans.
  • Coordinate resources and execute projects effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Report on project status and motivate teams to meet milestones.
  • Manage all aspects of projects including planning, communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, risks, and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working on association or department-wide projects.
