Job summary

Tech Rakers, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to head capital projects in packaging operations from design through construction, commissioning, qualification and handover to Operations.

You will manage scope, cost and schedule, lead design development and reviews, and coordinate engineers, contractors and vendors to deliver fully qualified packaging lines. You will report to leadership and steering committees with forecasts and variance explanations, and drive CQV integration to achieve rapid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of capital project management in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading projects through design, construction and qualification.
• Direct experience delivering packaging lines, line modifications or serialization projects.
• Strong cost, schedule and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience on complex capital projects with a TIC above $30M.
