  • Financial & Cost Control: manage job costs, quotes, change orders and billing.
  • Resource & Vendor Management: source materials, track orders, coordinate with warehouse.
  • Site Management & Quality Assurance: conduct site visits, inspections, and enforce safety.
  • Team Collaboration: work with superintendents and leaders to prepare for starts and resolve issues.

Job description

Our Project Manger will oversee projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include managing:



  • Contract execution and scope of work

  • Insurance requirements and project submittals

  • Field measurements, verification, and shop drawings

  • Sample procurement and material purchasing

  • Purchase orders, project billing, closeout and change orders

  • Ongoing communication with field staff


The Project Manager will combine technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure projects run smoothly, stay within budget, finish on time, and meet client expectations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients (general contractors, owners, etc.) and internal teams (superintendents, foremen). Communicate regularly to ensure project requirements and specific needs are met.

  • Documentation & Submittals: Prepare front-end documentation, including shop drawings, submittals, samples, take-offs, job books, progress reports, and general project records.

  • Project Planning & Execution: Review blueprints, establish project timelines, develop budgets, and schedule manpower and tasks to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

  • Financial & Cost Control: Manage job costs, quotes, estimates, change orders, and billing to ensure projects stay within the allocated budget.

  • Resource & Vendor Management: Source materials from suppliers, manage equipment, track material orders for timely delivery, and coordinate with the warehouse manager.

  • Site Management & Quality Assurance: Perform site visits to verify readiness, conduct inspections across installation phases, and enforce quality, safety, and health regulations.

  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside superintendents, project assistants, and team leaders to prepare for job starts and resolve on-site challenges, delays, or issues efficiently.


Qualifications and Skills


  • A degree in construction management, or equal experience

  • Be able to read, interpret and use blueprints, specifications, technical drawings

  • Be able to utilize Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, CAD, Takeoff/estimating software, Procore, Trimble, Autodesk, Forma, Construct Connect and other typical software packages

  • Be able to solve problems, be organized, negotiate, and have good communication


Work Environment and Conditions


  • Office-based planning and meetings

  • May require travel between project sites within the region


Salary Expectations


  • Salary ranges from $60,000+; subject to experience
