Job summary

Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned defense contractor in Dayton, Ohio, seeks a senior leader to oversee a portfolio of projects across DoD and IC, balancing cost, schedule, and performance with strong stakeholder engagement and financial acumen.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver executive-level briefings, coordinate with customers and leadership, and drive demonstrations and technical integrations that deliver measurable outcomes for mission success.

Qualifications

• BA or BS with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience briefing senior leadership/C-Suite members.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Knowledge of DoD Architecture and associated compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and performance across a portfolio of projects with tech leads, Industry, Academia and Government Stakeholders.
• Represent the customer with Critical Enablers, Innovation Hubs within the DoD, IC, Requirements Developers, End Users and Key Stakeholders.
• Drive discussions with executive-level leadership and lead the operationalization of analytical outputs.
• Coordinate development, integration, synchronization, and coordination of technical solutions and operational demonstrations across multiple stakeholders.
• Review capability needs and requirements documentation; generate analytic content and findings for decision briefs and roadmaps.
