Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled paralegal in Madison to assist attorneys across litigation stages, from discovery to trial preparation. The role requires accurate e-filing, thorough legal research, and robust communication with clients and teams.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy calendar and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with time entries and billing in a legal setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A paralegal certification or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.
