ServiceSource Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee all assigned operations, supervise employees, and ensure KPI performance across multiple sites, including Ft. Knox and the VA Hospital.
You will develop staffing plans, coordinate with the Assistant Project Manager, and maintain 24/7 scheduling as required. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3–4 years of administrative supervision, and the ability to obtain VA security clearance.

Responsible for directing all aspects of both operations to include the supervision and management of employees, materials, supplies, and quality control of all work performed. Maintain open communication with contract representatives and corporate personnel at both sites. Establish and monitor plans and procedures; provide guidance on employee problems. Initiate and maintain training programs, safety programs, sanitation programs, and equipment maintenance with the assistance of the Assistant Project Manager (APM) with the quality control program.
Ability to work effectively with people internally and externally at all levels of an organization. Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must also become familiar with corporate specific programs and software. Must be very organized, detail oriented, and able to carry out work with a high level of accuracy. Excellent oral/verbal communication skills.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk and sit. The employee may occasionally lift or move products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
