ServiceSource, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a operations leader to direct all aspects of its contract-driven activities and supervise staff, materials, and quality controls. This role requires coordinating with contract representatives and the APM to establish plans, train personnel, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance across Ft.

Responsible for directing all aspects of both operations to include the supervision and management of employees, materials, supplies and quality control of all work performed. Maintain open communication with contract representatives and corporate personnel at both sites. Establish and monitor plans and procedures; provide guidance on employee problems. Initiate and maintain training programs, safety programs, sanitation programs, equipment maintenance with the assistance of the Assistant Project Manager (APM) with the quality control program.
