Job summary

Van + Partners is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting and implementation from start to finish. You will allocate resources, supervise onsite teams and coordinate with inspectors, contractors and clients to ensure compliance with plans.

Ideal candidates have construction management experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and familiarity with construction management software. This is a full-time remote role with relocation to Los Angeles if needed.

• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting and implementation.
• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects and supervise onsite personnel.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors on costs and ensure workmanship aligns with plans.

Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
