Job summary

Renewyx, a boutique technical construction firm in Los Angeles, seeks a Project Manager to lead MEP and systems integration work in La Brea.

You will manage electrical trades day to day, coordinate designers and subcontractors, and own scheduling and RFIs. You will run commissioning and work directly from technical drawings. The role is on-site with a direct hire arrangement and offers opportunities for senior hands-on professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands on MEP or systems integration experience, HVAC preferred.
• Real experience managing electrical trades and subcontractors.
• Comfort reading and fulfilling technical drawings.
