Job summary

Actalent in Lisle, IL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer automation projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and customer communications while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, finance, installation, and commissioning to deliver successful automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management or related experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and customer communications.
• Strong leadership and communication with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ERP, PM software, and MS Office.

Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer automation projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, and final acceptance. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and customer communication while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Industrial automation, manufacturing, capital equipment, or customer project environments.
• Leading complex projects involving multiple internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $62.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
