Job summary

IRC Industrial Roofing Company in Lewiston, Idaho, seeks a motivated leader to oversee operations across the project lifecycle, driving safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets while delivering strong customer satisfaction.

You will manage project estimation, client liaison, supervision of craft workers and subcontractors, and financial performance, ensuring compliance and effective change order management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, preferably in roofing or construction.
• Experience in safety oversight, finances, contracts, and vendor partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

The Position

We’re seeking a motivated leader to oversee and coordinate operations throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met while delivering strong customer satisfaction and driving overall project success.

This teammate will:

• Collaborate on project estimation and contract assessment.
• Engage with clients to understand project scope and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide strong leadership and supervision to our craft employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Take charge of the financial performance of the projects managed.
• Foster strong relationships with vendor partners and customers.
• Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
• Offer technical expertise and support, including change order management.

Competitive Pay:

$90,000 -$120,000 BOE

Requirements and Qualifications

• A degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant technical training/experience.
• Proven experience in project management, safety oversight, financial management, customer relations, contract management, and vendor partnerships.
• 5+ years in project management role. (Commercial Roofing Preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
